Revell 1/72's Huge Eye Catching Grey Wolf U Boat
This is one of Revell Germany's best submarine kits. The extra parts, which I think were made by Pontos add just that extra layer of detail! The size of the kit on it's own is eye catching, but the extra details of the wooden deck, metal periscopes and some photo etch and resin parts for good measure, will really lift this kit out and up. The Pontos set is available separately, and it includes a few extra details such as brass propellers (screws). Sadly, those latter parts are not in the platinum edition of the kit. I'm going to use the CMK detail sets to add an interior to it. We are talking hours and hours of endless fun here!! I have rated the kit as not durable because it is a model kit and not a toy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
