Great Quality Spanner
Been replacing my 10 year old Halfords spanner’s slowly with these, and like all the Facom OGV, they offer a solid spanner, with great user benefits. The machining and finish is amazing, and isn’t as slippery as say a fully chromed spanner when oily. As for using it, the OGV ring end really lets you get torque down on the head of the bolt, in full confidence you won’t round the bolt off and skin your knuckles (if you do, the bolt is made of cheese or your using the wrong tool). The open end is a perfect fit I’ve found on all bolt heads I’ve come across. Great angle for waggling in tight spots, and never had the jaws splay. This spanner does get used a lot and no signs of wear or damage, but I don’t abuse it, I’ll use a breaker bar and socket instead of “linking” spanner’s.
