It is an excellent quality kit representing one of the most unique Formula 1 cars from the entire history of the sport. It is entertaining as a display model of the original, it is durable as long as you remember it is a display model not a toy, and it is educational in that it shows the development potential of the Formula 1 cars of the seventies, which was not taken further at all and only raced four times in actual Formula 1 races including probably the most famous of all as represented by this kit, the Monaco Grand Prix.

An accurate model of a revolutionary racing car. The model is not aimed at beginners but if you follow the instructions step by step you will build a good representation of the car. The plastic is moulded in four colours so you don't even have to paint it if you so desire. It even has wire for the spark plugs and tubing for the radiator hoses. A good, detailed kit from a good manufacturer.

Typically Tamiya high quality. Best £20.00 ever spent. All pieces fit together well,no flash, comes molded in dark blue and bright white. Sprayed the blue but left the gloss white as was spot on. Front suspension a bit fiddley so take plenty of time on these parts. Only downside no clear hoses for the petrol lines. So have to be made. Overall a fantastic kit for the average modeller. Highly recommended.

If your into F1 and mode building then this is a great model to have. Be warned though it’s not that easy and you’ll need a bit of patience.
