Brondell heated toilet seat....
The product itself is outstanding. Well built and very functional as it is advertised to be. Great value. The unit is well designed and includes an under mount slide-in rail system which keeps all mounting hardware completely out of view...... Nice design touch. HOWEVER, I have a "TOP MOUNT" Kohler toilet which requires a special hardware set that does NOT come with the unit and you must buy it separately for $4.....no big deal but be aware the site does not at this time make it clear that you may need additional mounting hardware depending on your toilet type. The larger issue with that, is that the small plastic adapters are currently made with the cheapest most brittle material possible and fall completely to pieces with ANY stress applied to them by the attach screws during assembly. In order not to crack them, you must leave them slightly loose zo that they slide easily into the hidden tracks. Brondell excellent customer service quickly sent me another top mount hardware set. This time, I only screwed the plastic mounts down far enough to leave them very slightly loose to rotate and I lubricated them with vaseline so they would slide on easier. You must be very careful when sliding the seat onto the tracks...gently moving the seat sideways as you slide it on...otherwise the plastic mounts will crack. Note, when the power fails for even a second, the unit will not power on automatically. You must turn it back on manually with its power button. I have a lot of power failures where I live. It would be convenient if the unit were designed to go back to the power configuration it was in when the power was lost. Otherwise, it is a nice looking and very effective unit for a good price.

Toasty and Warm!
Love this heated toilet seat! Very easy to install and the blue night light is so cool. Was first introduced to them when I traveled to Asia, they had them in my hotel rooms and I loved it. Were very expensive in the US , now so affordable, great for cold winter nights!
