I mainly use this mixed with acetone as a penetrating oil. However, I also use it as a rust inhibitor on things like bearings or valve collets or small component springs if I am leaving a job for the next day or two. It's also great for moving parts like gas struts for bootlids and bonnets when they start squeaking, though in tiny amounts. It is also great for things like boot release cables when either replacing or refitting them. Overall, very helpful and ridiculously versatile no matter what you're doing.
