Attached to the base of the deck is a highly durable aluminium base and trucks. Sandwiched between the trucks and the deck are PU cushions which allow far greater manoeuvrability and quicker responses at high carving speeds.

Great for beginner fun
Better than expected, As a newcomer to boarding of any sort, (had a BMX before) I was a little apprehensive as to what I would be getting, I needn't of worried, this board is stable, takes a 14st 40+yo with ease, its low riding makes it ideal for the beginner as I'm lead to believe its better to start with a lower deck then work towards a regular height board. I have only used this board at a local car park and beach on the promenade, and it copes well with the varying surfaces (tarmac, concrete and the odd very small stone), the stock wheels are soft enough for a good smooth ride without being too soft and the stock bearings mean the ride is easy enough without too much effort, the bushings in the trucks are pretty good but not stiff, meaning it will go where you want it without it being so loose as to move all over the place. This is an ideal board for anyone wanting to get into boarding but is unsure what too expect and worried about paying too much to have it sit around. Buy this board, go on youtube, go to the car park learn to ride this board, then go to the beach and enjoy :)
