Great stuff
These Air Max things are the Business. I have a deviated septum where I can only breath through one nostril unless I pull the other one open away from the bone. I have tried breath right plasters for years and they work a little, but the glue sticks to your nose and they get all over the house-Besides not sure all that glue on the skin is good for you and not good for the skin as cheap ones leave blisters and spots -depending on what you buy. Anyway, Ive found the ones that will do the trick. Nice and soft as well- Cheers

Airmax snore device
The airmax nasal dilator once inserted, gently holds open the nasal passages and stays in place well until your ready to remove it. I've tried several different versions of this including the silicone cones and the magnetic ones. The cones worked but didn't stay in as well and began making the inside of my nose feel sore. The magnetic one just clipped in the end of my fulcrum and had no medical benefit at all . So yes the airmax is comfortable, stays in place well and does enable you to breathe more easily through your nose.

I have tried a number of nasal dilators as I have a deviated septum ,previous broken nose, etc.etc. I find that the Airmax dilators are the best as they stay in place all night
