Good Cantonese Home Cooking
Some of these dishes remind me of the dishes my grandparents and aunts used to make. They are authentic home cooked recipes. I bought this for a friend who raved about our cooking and she has tried a few dishes and says they're easy to make and easy to understand. One caveat is you need to use authentic Chinese ingredients!

Fantastic cookbook
I owned this book from when I was in college. I used it so frequently it fell apart, and when I got the opportunity to purchase a replacement I was so excited! I’m happy to have this cookbook again on my shelf.
