Fantastic for any muscle pain, young and old!
This bottle of magic has totally given me back mobility on bad muscle pain days (I have MS), has helped my Carpal Tunnel symptoms too! My martial arts teaching son uses it for his aches and injuries, my builder son has a bottle in his car for flash back pain. I have recommended it to parents and their children going through 'growing' pains and oap's for muscle wasting pain. Good and bad, works but take care where you spray it.
It does work, had intense back pain, my wife sprayed it on and massaged it in and the pain faded after half an hour or so. Unfortunately there is a downside. I sprayed my legs to prevent cramps and afterwards furniture and carpet around me was covered in a greasy film that had to be washed off with soapy water. It is supposed to be just brine, but it is very greasy feeling and not that easy to wash off. Take great care in how and where you spray, cover things around you with something you can throw away and there should be no problems and it does seem to work. Brilliant with one minor drawback
I was unsure about this product (magnesium spray) as a means of relieving cramp, but I found it to work very well and extremely quickly. The only downside is that it leaves the skin fealing a bit tacky after use but the tackiness can easily be removed with a wet flannel a few minutes after application of the spray has worked, which in my case seems to be almost instantaneous.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Kills My Pain Instantly
I very rarely write reviews but felt this spray was very worthy of my time. I have both rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, and the swelling and pain in my ankles has been excruciating for the past few months, my right one in particular. This spray came 4 days ago and to be honest, I didn't have high hopes but was willing to give it a try. I applied 4 sprays to my right ankle and massaged it in, and the pain relief was virtually instant. Thinking this might be coincidence, the next day I used it on the other ankle too, with the same result. I now use it on both ankles everyday.
