This is a Left-handed Ibanez AS53L semi-hollow guitar in Tobacco. It plays well acoustically but there is a problem with the electronics, most likely a faulty earth which results in a buzzing or humming sound when plugged in.
My first semi hollow and my first Ibanez and I am impressed with it. Well built and sounds good enough for someone at my level of playing. Got quite a nice tone unplugged too. The guitar was well enough set up out of the box but I lowered the action height to my preference and it plays so much better now. It has a good quality feel and finish to it. I love in a truck all week so I had always wanted a semi hollow so I don't need to take an amp( an amp gets a lot of electrical interference in the truck). It plays as easy as an electric and isn't as bulky as an acoustic so it's ideal for me. For £250 I'd recommend this guitar for anyone looking for a first semi hollow. I'm loving it so far.
