The watch* looked brand new. Extra links were included (I have a larger wrist). Delivery was fast. Batteries were almost dead upon arrival, but were easily and cheaply replaced. I actually had a card of them in a drawer. My teen daughter liked it too. She said it "popped", especially the dial color.
