More like a 10 day wine than 7 days.
Bought this to give it a try after reading good reviews. It took 5 days to clear despite following all the instructions to the letter, so this is more like a 10 day wine, not 7. Initial taste is ok, but should improve after a couple of week.

I have tried all makes of wine making kits BUT this Cellar 7 does exactly what it says. The taste is of good quality up there with bottles costing £7+. I would recommend it without a doubt. 5 star product for price.
