Shimano Sienna FD, great value.
The Sienna FD has most of the same basic features of Shimano's more expensive spinning reels (Stradics) at about 15% of the cost. I've got four Siennas. One, a 2500 that's six or seven years old has been used in salt water every year that's still going strong. Shimano replaced the FD with the FE. I don't know if it's as good a reel but it's got fewer bearings and a graphite body.
