Very easy to fit and mount bikes. Only used once but feels very solid. I recommend that you buy the addtional locks for the towball fitting and bike support arms to improve security. Other checks before purchase: 1.The distance between the wheel supports is just about ok for my gents tourer but if I bought again I would check and go for one of the Thule range with extendable wheel holders such as the Thule Velocompact 2. 2. If you are looking to carry two electric cycles you will probably need a bigger model than this 3.
