Worth the money!
A well constructed and robust bit of engineering. Made from the correct choices of material for its application. No bad welds, very securely manufactured. Quality valve and the choke can be completely closed with no draw if required. Coated in black stove paint too. Much better than I expected
I use the burner in a home made forge made from a 15Kg gas bottle lined with 3 inches of ceramic wool. The aperture into the burn chamber is relatively small and has no door. The burner heats the chamber to 900C in a matter of minutes using a very low gas presure. This does for all the steels I am using at the moment. Today for the first time I turned up the pressure and let it run, I wanted to see what would happen and also to empty the last bit of gas out of a 19Kg bottle which will soon become my 'larger' forge. After a relatively short time I had to remove my thermocouple because it was getting close to it's limit of 1200C and I didn't want to cook it, The forge continued to heat up to some ridiculous temperature and it still took ages to empty the last bit out of the gas bottle. The build quality is excellent all round, quality welding and a good finish, although I would like to see a slightly more substantial disk on the air valve, doubtless I'll do that myself if I ever get round to it. maybe. My opinion; buy one today or regret it forever, PS they're not paying me for this, but if they read it - maybe they will. :-)

Easy to assemble and use, good quality
Bought it and expected a lot from this burner, and it delivered as promised. Easy to assemble and use, it's got plenty of power for what i'm doing and would completely recomend it to anyone. The only thing that was actually "wrong" was that the instructions said i get a small piece of ceramic wool with it to seal the opening around the hole of the gas burner and it was missing. Easy to set up
This is my second burner from this maker. It's main attraction is the power that it creates, which is plenty enough for all home use. It's really easy to install and use and seems to be quite robust in it's construction. The pressure gauge isn't in PSI but that's a minor irritation for us in the UK.
