Duracell really are the best batteries. I have a 25 year old clock radio in the bathroom which only works with Duracell - a lucky discovery after it appeared to have reached the end of its life. When I couldn't find a suitable replacement a friend suggested trying Duracell and voila! Since then I only buy Duracell - and on eBay they are very affordable.

Well quite simply I bought these because of the price, these batteries are just as good as the black and gold ones that we/you buy from shops the only difference between them is in the looks and the price, I mean 40 AA and 20 AAA £15:99 with Indrustrial down the length of the battery you work out the costs for yourselves, like me you will supprised as I was when I did it, and to date have bought pp9 battery as used in smoke and carbon dioxide alarms and also used as a back up for my electric chair ( in case of power cut it lets the chair go down to a sitting position) as this draws a lot from the 2 batteries so when used they have to be replaced, and many items that use AAA and AA far too many to mention and when you go to get a battery, either not there or not enough, but buying in bulk I always have one to hand so to speak.
