A MUST HAVE FOR ANYONE RESTORING BIKES
In a word -- FANTASTIC! Fantastic price, quality, value, ease of installation, shipping time, etc., etc., etc. Replaced the lower "open" bearing assy with the SUNRACE BBS 15N unit on a 1997 TREK Ladies Mountain bike that I was restoring for the wife. Installation was super easy. But the smoothness of the new unit is almost hard to describe how good it is, compared to the old 1997 bearings -- which by the way were still well greased up and in great shape. So they weren't abused and dirty. But the new technology is just incredible. ORDERING TIP -- make sure you measure your old lower hub shaft from tip to tip. That means, the cranks need to be removed and you will need a puller. Mine was 122mm end to end, but others vary either longer or shorter.
