Life saver
I have heard negatives about this product, but it has been great for my use. I already had a computer set up for it. It is great for transferring old VHS that may have been copy protected. It is also a nice piece for keeping shows when I clear my DVRVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Get the newer version, not this one.
It does not work with Windows 10 and the drivers for it to work or Windows 7 do not work as well. I spent 2 days using 3 different computers but the drivers from Pinnacle do not work for either one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
