Not Pub Grub...
Having recently bought Tom's most recent book I expected this to be full of quirky twists on pub classics. It was not. There were a handful of recipes I thought I might attempt - but without clear pictures of what your aiming for there seemed little point. Overall a big disappointment - it needed more pictures and to keep to the brief more clearly - I have never seen most of the recipes on any pub menu (maybe a Michelin star pub is different?).
