This is the only one of two products I trust for external items. Colours are lovely, covers large areas, and it's robust enough to protect wood. Excellent value and quality. I painted my shed in Cuprinol Country cream from bare wood, then added stripes with Ronseal cherry blossom and cornflower. Have used on roof beams and fence also.

I would only not recommend it as it took 6 coats on my garden furniture (previously painted wood). The final effect is lovely but 6 coats with drying time in between takes too long!

Bought this to paint some heavily embossed stone pots. It’s quite gloopy so needed to be almost stippled on, but covers very well. I only needed one coat to cover the nasty colour the previous owner had used. At first, I was worried about the colour as it looked grey, but it dries to a lovely blue. Brushes wash easily.

The blue looks amazing - great for small areas as its a very bold colour. Covered well after one coat but we used up the tin to do a 2nd coat in selected areas.

I used this paint on bare plywood, and chose the cornflower color. It is very good paint to use, covers well with no runs. I was impressed with the ability for this paint to fill small voids and it gives a professional smooth finish. I would suggest three coats. I bought it to paint a storage box I had made, which would be in the shed, so had to be protected against damp. I am so impressed I am going to paint my wooden garage doors later in the year as the existing paint has began to crack and peel. The range of colors is useful too. Don't forget to stir well before use. Very impressed.
