Great for table sugar.
Used Alcotec all through . Got a good clear 20% result . Gave it a good stir at near the end . Racked off and left a further week to clear. Tastes and smell OK. Be careful with liquid carbon it’s messy. Have purchased flavours separately. Will distill again to remove heads. Very efficient with table sugar.
