You only get a small tub for your money and you will use about a heaped desert spoonful of the blue paste for the average hot tub. The instructions are clear, although the print is a bit small. Leave the pool on with the pump and aerator going for half an hour. It suds up and all of the biofilm released comes to the surface. It is important to clean this greenish biofilm scum off the top as it is formed otherwise it will stick to the sides of the tub and quickly dry out whereupon it becomes quite difficult to remove. The tub is then drained and refilled, and becomes wonderfully clean again. A bit pricey but definitely a recommended product.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
