Great for what I needed it to do.
I bought one of these items to help boost the heat in our rather cold kitchen. It has an undersized radiator but no space to put in a bigger one. The Radiator Booster makes a big difference. I doubt it will save me any money but it makes the kitchen more pleasant to be in on cold days. It IS noisy and I wouldn't want it in a living room. Also the fan takes a long time to cut out when the heating goes off so it tends to blow cool air about. For my specific use it is very good but not sure about all the claims it makes re money saving.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Noisy but overcome.
This is a second one to add to my large lounge radiator, but unlike the first one from 8 years ago, this one is very noisy. This is only due to it being 12 volt. So I used another power supply of 7.5 volts and it is silent. Yes a modification, but well worth it. The directional air flow is now an advantage over the earlier one. too noisy
I find that this item is very noisy and it does not blow out hot air it just blows out less than warm. I bought one some years ago and as soon as the radiator starts to warm the blower came on and it was silent, some times I had to ask my wife if the blower was on. The only reason I ordered a new one is my daughter lost the plug at Christmas and it is so hard to get a replacement as they are specialised plugs. My son has my old blower in his car and I will use the plug from this blower to my old blowerVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

The idea was good but very limited on options and output strength.
