This box includes A21 light grey Berina Permanent Color cream. It can be directly applied to light hairtypes. However, darker hairtypes such as brown, dark blonde and black require to be bleached at least 24 hours before applying the Berina Permanent Color cream. For coloring long hair the use of 2 packs of Berina Permanent Color cream is recommended.

Amazing colour!
Love this hair dye and have used it often, I only leave it on for 9 minutes on my bleached hair and it goes a fantastic silver grey. And it lasts!! One of the best dyes ive used. Happy to recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
This is the second dye of this colour I've bought and will not be buying another it only lightens your hair first time I thought it was because my hair was to dark but after applying the second one it still only lightened my hair not coloured it I'm very very dissapointed with it as I only have short hair anyway and made sure I used the full mixture nothing like in the picture light grey coloure its nowhere near what it turned out like

This is the first time using this product, after bleaching my pink out and being left with a slight tinge it covered all traces, got a lovely silver grey all over, very shiny and it's nice and thick making it easy to use, would use this again well worth the price I paid, not sure how it will last after washing but so far it's exactly as the pic and I'm very happy with it

Good for a toner
I read a few comments saying this was like an ash blonde dye.. It really isn't. It goes like a dark granny grey. I have yellow/orange hair (after bleaching) and used an ash blonde over the top and it was still orange and yellow, so I bought this grey dye and I only used a little bit of it mixed with white conditioner and put it all over. (I didn't want grey hair, I was aiming for ash blonde) and it actually turned out great, it got rid of my orange roots and made it look all ashy and even, quite surprised and glad :).

Lovely colour and leaves hair in great condition .
It did come with no instructions , so not entirely sure I am using it properly. Used it with towel dried hair , was a bit reluctant to leave it on too long , but the result was good and the condition of my hair was just great . Very happy with it .

it turned my hair bright blue!
this could be my fault which is why i'm not giving it bad feed back but i have been dying my hair different colours for over 20 years, it's usually white blonde but i found a lilac toner i loved, the only problem is it washes out after one wash so i thought if i could find a nice pale silver it might look nice and if i wanted to put the lilac on top it might hold it. but rather than bleaching the purple out first, which was only a semi perm toner after all, i just put this colour on top and it came out bright blue. i quite liked it but it wasn't what i wanted and made me look washed out, so i had to bleach it again.

In all pics I've seen this has looked purple. No hint of purple whatsoever. More of a very dark browny red. Please try a strand test to check how it comes out on your hair x

Works best on light or prelightened hair
If you are buying this and your hair is darker than pale yellow then you will need to lighten your hair a few shades before this will work. It is not a miracle worker and will not lighten your hair. This works the same as any other permanent hair dye, by opening your hair follicles and depositing colour into the shaft of the hair. I am natural blonde but have been dying my hair various shades of the rainbow for years. I decided I wanted to go grey so began gradually bleach bathing my hair to lighten it to the required pale yellow/white. I had planned on using diluted veggie dyes to get my desired colour but found out about Barina A21 from a Vlogger/MUA on a video sharing site and thought I would try it as her hair was the same shade of grey I desired. My hair was pale blonde with brassy streaks and white roots , I had previously used Provoke Purple shampoo to tone out a lot of brassy tones leading up to using this dye. I used this dye on unwashed hair to lessen the damage. The instructions say leave it in for 20-40mins but I had read on a blog that the full time leaves hair with a blue rinse kind of look until you next wash it. I left it on for around 20 mins and rinsed. I looked in the mirror and saw my hair was blue, so I shampooed my hair and the foam turned blue, which was a good sign as it was removing the blue build up. After styling my hair was a lovely even shade of grey! It was slightly blue but I knew it would continue to wash out so I am fine with that! I have washed my hair once since and it is getting less blue already. This dye did not damage my hair at all. I am very happy with it and how it turned out! I have read that it fades to a silvery grey which I am happy with. I would definitely recommend this 100% and plan on ordering a few more boxes for the future.
