Great quality liner
I do love this liner since the moment i bought it and tried it. It has a great colour, quite intense and does not require a lot of efforts to apply. The heart is not too hard or too soft, so the application is very smooth. The colour dries up nicely and does not smudge if not wanted. The other positive is the twist bit. You do not need to have a sharpener around. Just twist and have this ready to use. I do have just a bit of mixed feelings for the little blending/smudging bit in the end.
