solid piece of equipment
the Mirafit arm/leg exerciser is a good solid product. Was very easy to put together and using it on a non-slip mat prevents it from slipping as some reviewers have mentioned. It works really well but the one problem I find with it is the resistance knob. No matter how I turn the knob, bit by bit or one movement there seems to be no increase in resistance at all. Very disappointing as I feel being able to increase the resistance would help my knee (replacement) more rather than cycling for longer and longer. This also seems to be a general complaint from other reviewers and I did hope maybe that problem had been rectified when I bought it, but sadly not. Handy bit of kit

I hate exercise but this exercise bike is so easy to use and enjoyable, also in terms of weight loss I see great results after a week use- burning 1000kcal per day (and if you think its too much, you`ll be surprised how easy is to burn kcal with this thing!). Far better than another exercise bike I tried. Pleased with price I paid. It pays to look round as some were considerable dearer for the same bike. Free postage was a bonus. Use it regularly. Thought it may have had a bigger resistance eg struggling up hills but it certainly warms you up when you pedal fast. My old sturdy mini exercise bike gave up the ghost so I was a little wary of this machine thinking perhaps that the plastic cover would be a bit yucky. To my pleasant surprise this new machine is robustly constructed and has a solid feel to it.
