Well constructed quality product
Firstly, the bike rack arrived ahead of schedule and well packaged. First impressions were of a strong solid construction that looked a little daunting about the way it would work. However, it is simplicity itself. The rack locks very securely to the towball and then can be unfolded exactly as demonstrated in the sales video. I have two bikes, one a Giant E-bike which is loaded nearest the car. A little thought was required to line up the securing arms to go through one frame to attach to the second bike and to position the pedals of each bike so they didn't come into contact with each other. The locking mechanisms are secure and I have had full confidence that both bikes are kept separated and vibration free for the whole journey. Considering the cost of other well known quality brands, I'd suggest this is excellent value for money. One last thought - the storage bag. It looks weak, fragile and unfit for purpose with no handles. It finally occured to me that its best to think of it as a dust protector in storage. By unzipping just a little at the top you can easily grab the actual carry handles and thereby not risk taking the whole weight by the bag material alone. Definately worth a five star rating.
