CEE two months on.
Finally decided to get back to toning myself up again after a few years of not using weights. Back then I used Creatine mono hydrate to help my body recover from the day to day work load , and then doing some weights every other evening . I saw these tablets , and after reading the wright up that explained the benefits of CEE and how it works quicker , and more effectively . I did recognise the energy buzz and I have managed to keep motivated the last two months as im encouraged by some good results [ aged 50 ] .
