Land Rover 2¼ Diesel Engine Glow Plug Set Series to Parallel Upgrade This listing is for a set of quality replacement glow plugs. These plugs are for 2¼ diesel engines fitted to Series Land Rovers. This kit allows you to upgrade the old glow plugs that were wired in series, to new ones wired in parallel for better reliability and improved starting. This repairs the problem where one glow plug fails which then meant none of them worked. This makes starting very difficult, especially on cold mornings. Having the new set wired in parallel means that if one fails the other three will continue to work allowing the engine to start still. This kit includes 4 plugs, new wires and fitting instructions. This is suitable for the following vehicles: Land Rover Series 2, 2A 3 - 2286cc Diesel.

Great replacement for old style coil glow plugs
Simple instructions, good quality wires and easily fitted. If one failed on the old type, none would work, not on these. Heated area on glow plug much greater then old coil type making starting easier, recommended!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
