Heavy duty and worth every penny
I’ve paid a hefty amount in shipping because I live in Hawaii and even then I don’t regret purchasing it. It’s the perfect size for my home gym and can be leaned against the wall when I’m not using it. Used it on leg day and it totally crushed both my hamstrings and quads. I feel like floor type GHDs are superior because of how strict form needs to be compared to a regular GHD. It demolished my hamstrings. The quality of this product is also very good. Strong and sturdy plus the pads are comfortable for my shins and knees. I love it and look forward to using it every leg day.
