Glutinous Rice!
This Rice Flour does what I wanted it to do. I use it it as a thickener as it has not obvious flavour of its own. For that use it is perfect. However, the name is very misleading. I have had it pointed out to me by several people in the trade that rice cannot be "glutinous" as it is not part of the wheat family of cereals.
