Not bad at all
Used it only once and seen results. Also i purposely put a little on my gums to see if it would burn as many YouTube videos suggested it does But it did not burn one bit it has 0.01% peroxide so no heavy bleaching or burning gums. Hasnt worked for me
I read reviews and as you do took all the posotive ones in ignored negs...however after a week of using this product 30 mins a day with the light for 15 a day i can honestly say ..it doesnt work ? Ive seen no difference at all in any shade ...the gum sheilds are to big for my mouth and even though moulder dont fit tightly. I would save your money and maybe stick to swilling coconut oil had better results off that. It certainly makes a difference.
