Great for breathing
These really do help my breathing. I take them with another NAC supplement of 600mg to make up the NAC as there's 300 in Lungforte. I've been a smoker since 16 and I'm almost 51 now and I was noticing the effects this has obviously had on me, and these are such a relief on my body with my breathing.
