Very good but...
Very good cable but I feel there are two things missing: - no documentation about if the cable can be connected to a wii and ps3 at the same time - the green Y component plug should be a female plug so that it could be leaved disconnected and hanging out without the proung touching ground of the tv chassis which makes video go black and possibly causing damageVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works with Wii U
The HDMI output on my Wii U failed and repair costs were too high. My monitor only has HDMI and VGA output so I needed something connect from the console's component output to my monitor's VGA port. Given the price in comparison to buying a Wii U component cable, along with adapters for both RGB-to-VGA and component audio to 3.5mm, I took a punt on it not expecting too much. Excellent for Wii

Good product
It is working fine, but first you have to change the console video settings from 480i to 480p. Plug in via component to a tv, change to 480p, do not be surprised if the picture is gone, this only means that you TV does not support progressive resolution ("p"). After this will be possible to use VGA, which only supports "p". If you want to go back to interlaced ("i") component output you have to set back to 480i, again don't be surprised if picture is gone when setting is accepted.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
