Perfect Solution!
For years I've been lifting turf using an ordinary garden spade. It works, after a fashion, but the thickness of pieces was uneven, which made it difficult to re-lay. Now, with a Turf Iron, not only is it less tiring, because one is not bent double pushing with a spade, it produces turfs with a fairly even thickness and a little thinner so they're easy to roll.
If I were to make any complaint/suggestion for improvement, the Turf Iron would be even better if it had a sharper cutting edge; it's rather blunt.
