Wrong power supply missing remote etc
The product itself looks fine... although the subwoofer is abit banged up but I understand its refurbished product. Great soundbar.... don’t have any other bluetooth devices on in the same room as it!
Great sound. Good quality. Only downfall is the bluetooth is constantly trying to connect 24/7. If you have any device in the room with bluetooth on, it will look to connect to it automatically and will cause a 1-2 loss of sound! Lots and lots of people have this problem and Samsung offer very little in the way of help. We discovered it by chance. Great depth of sound

nonsense instructions
The instalation instructions are rubbish! I bought the cable the instructions indicate, but it didn't work and was a waste of money. I had to pay a technician to advise, and he supplied the correct cable and installed the sound bar.
