Impossible Project have done a great job in keeping the instant film alive. I am grateful of that. The format size is what I like, however development of the instant format again from scratch is a very difficult process with much cost. At the current stage the film is quite usable if considerably slower in development time. Would like to see more depth and vibrancy to the colours. I am expecting that improvement will come as we get into the Summer with better lighting and away from the dull grey wet weather. As always cost is a key factor but so far all my prints have come out but one must not be too critical. Sticking with it as I am sure it will improve with time. Have hated doing this review since I really would have liked to say it was fantastic, still its a lot better than nothing at all and does work. Impossible project are doing a great job so I will continue my support and look forward to the future.

The best color film for the old Polaroid cameras
As the title says, you won't find better color film for your cameras than this. The missing one star comes only from the fact that the photos require to be covered from the light for a little while after taking the picture. Impossible Project films also don't do so well in the cold.

Impossible SX-70 film
This film just keeps improving, Impossible seem to be heading the right direction with their development of Polaroid film technology. Development times are coming down, image quality is good and getting better , but a Frog Tongue is essential, film gives best results if shielded from ALL light immediately after being ejected from the camera, although if you wish to play around with results, a little fogging can soften the image.
