spacious, easy storage
This seat has made cushion and tool storage so easy and accessible. No maintenance like the fence and sheds and it looks good whilst providing roomy seating. Not sure how robust it will be long term though. The plastic seems quite brittle and the lid does bend quite a bit when opening, but seems sturdy enough when closed and used as seating. This is only its first season, so will have to see. Generally, pleased with it so far.

Sturdy seat and handy storage box but could be finished better.
I have given a yes to recommend it and to value and quality only because there is no middle ground for an answer. This is an OK product that will do the job for you. It is waterproof and will seat two people with ease. It is also reasonably easy to put together for the average person. My issue with it was on its finish and in some places the fit. I spent 30 minutes with a craft knife cleaning up the edges and push fit areas from the excess sprue that was left from the machine tool. There was also a deformity on one arm at the front end and the top arm rest was not a clean fit. I may have been unlucky with my seat and others who may not be so picky will find it acceptable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good practical product
Pros: Good seating, practical storage and looks good considering it’s plastic. Maintenance is easy. Cons: great care needed to assemble as it has to be kept square. good bench
good bench, easy to put together if you follow the instructions. definitely waterproof as there has been some heavy downpours and no water got inside. try to locate on flat ground or the frame will flex and the bench seat/ compartment lid will not close properly. ideal for keeping items inside (toys, garden equipment etc.) to keep the garden tidy. not sure if i would keep cushions inside as ants etc are able to get inside. worth getting the seat pad / cushion as the plastic seat can get hot in the sun.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Flimsy
It was hard to fit together, mostly due to it being flimsy plastic molding, which had not been "cleaned" up before packing, it still had bits of plastic around fittings, that made it hard to put together. It looks good when its made up, but will have to see how long it stays that way due to its flimsy construction, there were better products on the market for about the same money . If it had been cleaned up before packing it would have been better, and also cutting costs on production is not always a good thing, such as in this case.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Mixed review
Overall I am really happy with the bench. I bought it store my daughters garden toys and paddling pool and it does that well. It looks quite nice and is comfortable to sit on. Great for storage

Useful storage and seating unit
Very good, only two additions to remember a cushion to sit on ( you can get made to measure ones) make a positve difference and on mine high winds can blow the seat lid up, this is easily fixed with a small padlock .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The product is as stated the first one I ordered was missing some screws however they sent a new pack straight out. I was so pleased with the product I bought another one. It’s fit for purpose
Easy to assemble, did it by myself in just over an hour, everything fitted ok. Quality could be better as there’s quite as lot of flash around some of the components so you may have to do some trimming with a Stanley knife. Plastic is flimsy, don’t tap it too hard or it will break. Bought it mainly for the storage space which is very good, it’s comfy enough but might purchase a cushion later.
