I recently found the glass from inside has developed a few marks, can this be cleaned with the Fires yearly.Only one problem I have with this product
Dear Sirs I am delighted with this product , but I have one problem which is very inconvenient . The problem being i.e. To Ignite the Fire, I should state I complete this procedure as per instruction manual. This procedure can take some time to complete, when I see the ignition flame through the side window and keep hold of the knob for approx 10 seconds as stated.The Fire does not ignite & very often have to repeat all this possibly 3 times. I am sure you would agree this is not very satisfactory, as instruction manual does not state this to be a problem whatsoever.
