6lb - just right for a good swing
I bought this to break up a concrete slab as it had the ball pein end. It is important to get a SH that is NOT too heavy for one's physique - I am slim and the 6lb is just right for a good swing. Too heavy and one has problems. It has been perfect for the task. 10lb far too heavy unless one is very large and strong. I bought online and yesterday discovered that there is a Tool Station in my town that only opened a month ago. I'd recommend that one goes to the shop to check the weight and feel. I also think it is worth looking at the superb range of tools available through Tool Station. Got several Roughneck products and found them excellent.
