It's still one of the best ereaders you can buy

The only ereader in Canada that can access books directly from the library
Although the Sony ereader is very simple technology - no back lighting - few whistles and bells it is the only ereader I have been able to find that can access and download books directly from the library. With this ereader, you never have to buy books or go through an online book store to download books if you are happy with the offerings at your local library. The sony ereader works as advertised, but the screen is kind of dark and the readers are on the small side. Still it is the only one for me! It is now out of production and quite a challenge to find.
