    Great plan! Very realistic about weight loss. Tells you how to deal with plateaus and gives you options to the plan when facing them. This is the only one I have come across that gives you specific instructions on how to handle plateaus.   • Eat 5 meals a day snd still loose weight!

    Choose to Lose: I learned lots about how weight loss works. Even if you don't do Powells program, why breakfast is important and how soon to eat after waking has an affect. I plan to try as much as the program that will work for me. Thank goodness I like most the foods he recommends. I don't like the cereals but I can replace them with eggs. I am a picky eater and still I can follow this plan.
