Very easy lighting from wood stove to campfire - even in the rain!
Very good quality fatwood in a convenient box. With the local Scouts, recently started an outside fire in snow and wind with only one stick to prime the tinder, worked perfectly. This is high quality fatwood. This is about the best you can get these days. Orvis used to offer 13.6 kg for £35.00 (£2.57 per kilo) until about 2018. This is £11.11 per kilo, but, luckily, you don't need a lot of it to get your fire started. When I say good value, I mean good value for now,here in the UK. It is rigid, hard to break just with hands, but once the fire got it started, it drops fire from the rasine, burn without much smoke and burns completely within about 5 min with big flames.
