Rather disappointed
I bought that phone for my daughter to replace her old phone with only 8 GB memory. Phone looks nice and it's easy to operate but it's Android system is only 4.3 version which doesn't let my daughter to use some of her apps she had on her previous phone. Handset gets really warm while use and we don't know if this is how it should be. Please with first smart phone!
This was my first smart phone, having had a Nokia brick for years. The difference is like chalk and cheese and now having the facility to check my online banking, emails, etc is fantastic. The phone itself is quite compact, light and the display colours are excellent. I was able to set things up without too much fumbling around and so it's now set with all the apps, etc I need. I believe this phone was well over £200 new or maybe closer to £300, but I only paid £79.95 for mine which is a real bargain. I purchased a screen-saver and leather case for it, as it's condition when purchased was very good, with no scratches. I want to keep it the same. All in all, a great buy as a first smart phone and see no reason to change it now or in the very near future. Generally good phone just bad battery life
This phone is great to use for 11 years old. the UI is laggy but i expected that but my primary app like instagram, tiktok and whatsapp work okay. but its an okay phone and everything works. if you had to use it you wouldnt have too many problem. the only problem is youtube doesnt work but still a great phone to use and i recommended.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

after the recent news that samsung let 70 plus of their assembly workers die of cancer because of the toxic chemicals involved in making smart tvs witout any safeguards or compensation, because "acknowledging the problem would damage their sales" I wouldn:t buy a samsung product is it was the only one on earth. and I advise you to do likewise. the orientals are the most callous and inhumane race on the planet. especially when it comes to money and losing face. Still a very good phone
Needed to bring my brother and father out of the dumb phone jet age and this did the trick. Had one myself previously so knew it was pretty simple to use and I could guide them through the basics. Not that its difficult to use.
