The gooey good stuff
Well, it's factory original Seiko watch gasket Silicone Grease. Given that it has a tendency to leak out even though it has a very high viscosity rating but not enough to keep some from seeping through the edges of the container, the container itself comes wrapped in plastic. Therefore I recommend that you simply set it right side up for a couple hours before opening so it has a chance to settle before using. Otherwise, you might have a bit of a mess. It is however the real deal and works exactly as it should and for a fair price. Like I said, it's the gooey good stuff. Probably enough in one container to easily do 50 or more gaskets.
