Clear airways for a good night's sleep
I have tried lots of different solutions to keep the nostrils open, especially while sleeping. There's the self adhesive strips that attach to the outside of the nose - they work well, but not good for regular use as the nasal skin is very delicate. Then there are a variety of shapes of plastic inserts ranging from the flimsy to the heavy duty. I find the RhinoMed product is the right balance between too flimsy and too uncomfortable. I like that they are adjustable to ensure the right level of comfort. I have to say that I do use them many more times than the recommended 10 times per unit. My only criticism of the product is that they are a bit pricey. They come in a very smart box, which could perhaps be downgraded to cut costs and lower the retail price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

It works for me, use it most of the time.
I have been using this for over 4 years now. This is my second pack. Even though it works and helps me breathe better. I think it's expensive, it could be cheaper. I have blocked nose so I use this to dilate rather than nasal sprays.
