"Small but Powerful"
This is a good little charger to charge up your Dremel 7700. It's a small charger but the Dremel 7700 is a small tool which makes them a good match. I couldn't use my Dremel 7700 since my old charger stopped working. I got this charger and now I can used my 7700 for all the small jobs I need it for since its' compact. Brought my old cordless tool back to life.
My existing charger quit several years ago and I just put the dremel tool aside. I'm reorganizing my dremel tools and bits and came across a perfectly good tool that I could not use.. And decided it was time. This charger will charge the batteries for both my 4.8 Mini mites, AND the 7.2 Cordless tool I was buy it for. Works fine, but I had to make a simple little modification.
As it turned out, my battery would go in but not latch in. It would make contact, so I just held it in with a big rubber band while I charged it. That worked and I got a good charge.
