Absolutely shocking
After buying this item after looking at 1 photo, i realised that that one photo was not enough to decide i wanted the product. After recieving the item, i returned it via 1st class royal mail. More than 2 weeks have passed and they have still not given me a refund. I even asked them where my refund was, and they asked for proof of postage/ reciept. Even after showing this, they continuously asked for more, even though the reciept was adequate proof of postage and arrival time.
