How to program this key:
This key is the same quality like the two Ford keys that came with my 2017 F-150 XLT. A local locksmith cut it for $20, took 10 minutes. Now for the programming: 1) Insert an existing key and turn the ignition cylinder ON and back to OFF. Ignition should stay on for at least 1 second but not more than 10 seconds. Remove key. 2) Repeat with second existing key within 20 seconds 3) Repeat with NEW key within 20 seconds. This worked for me.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Just Like The Original
I wanted a 3rd key for a backup or emergency. This is the least expensive way by far. After getting this blank key I took it along with one of the two I already had to the Ford dealership and they cut it for $12. (The local locksmith couldn't do it ... it's a dealer key he said.)
