A SAMSUNG A DAY KEEPS THE GREY AWAY??
HAVING ONLY HAD THE MACHINE 10 DAYS THE FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE VERY GOOD CERTINLY VERY QUIET AND SEEMS TO DO THE LAUNDRY BETTER THAN MY PREVIOUS MACHINE TO BE FAIR THE PREVIOUS MACHINE COST LESS THAN 50% OF THIS ONE ON THE DOWN SIDE THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS REGISTERING IT TO EXTEND THE WARRANTY WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR MODEL No SAMSUNG RESPONDS WITH A DIFFERENT SET LETTERS AND NUMBERS IE WW90K ETC CHANGES TO WW5500 ETC SPENT A LOT OF TIME SORTING IT OUT ON LINEVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Depth is 63 not 55!
Can't rate this product as we had to return without even using it. The depth states 55cm however the actual depth including the massive door and large piece of metal on the back was 63cm meaning it was too big to fit in the space. Very disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great washing machine, only missing a quick cycle
Great washing machine, clothes nice and clean - I can see a visible difference on my whites compared to the previous washing machine. It didn't have a quick cycle. an average wash I believe it's 2.5 hours or so. The quick wash feature is available in the cheaper model to this which is odd.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic washing machine easy to use but definitely go through manual for the technical stuff. 1st thing to do is calibrate the Machine. The add wash is so good but you need to press the start /pause button before you can open the addwash door other wise it won't open. This machine is so quite at the end of the wash it plays a little song alerting you it has finished. 5 star and very good price.

Disappointed!
Very disappointed with this Samsung washing machine. Clothes are still quite wet after a 1400 spin. Have to do another spin after each wash which takes an additional 15 minutes. Quick wash option of 15 or 30 minutes, spin speed is set at 800 and can't be changed. Clothes are very wet after a quick wash. Have to add another 15 minute spin to help. My old hoover washing machine was a whole load better. Was expecting alot better from Samsung and very disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love it !
Had it for around 2 weeks now and absolutely love it, minimal water left after spin, quiet (if the feet are properly adjusted), washes things really well on a fast cycle. Love the daily wash it’s about an hour so it a brilliant for sticking unsoiled clothes on for a quick soak. I’m not fond of 20 min washes I feel like they don’t give the clothes enough time to soak so an hour is perfect without wasting a massive 3 hour cycle for clothes that aren’t stained.
